It was 1960 when Ademaro Giannini, a technician specialized in refrigeration, founded OMIF - “Officina Meccanica Impianti Frigoriferi” in the best Italian tradition. In the following years, Ademaro's great creativity and the strong sense of entrepreneurship will ensure OMIF to operate successfully in the construction of bespoke cold rooms and refrigerated furniture.
Since then, the history and the productive capacity of this company have been enriched with the entry of his son Daniele who brought innovative ideas by transforming and expanding the company to make it the reference point in the province of Siena in the design and construction of furniture custom-made for food & beverage and commercial premises in general.
Today we are in the third generation Giannini and with the entry of Daniele's two sons: Alberto (architect) and Andrea (engineer project manager), OMIF can proudly claim to be able to accept any design and construction challenge as the collaborations have shown carried out throughout the national territory and with the world of university research.
